Andy Reid wasn't unemployed for long. Four days after being fired by the Philadelphia Eagles, Reid has come to an agreement with the Kansas City Chiefs to become their next head coach, according to reports by ESPN and NFL.com. [Updated, 6:20 p.m.:

The Chiefs coaching search is finally over with the choice of Andy Reid. We'll put a bow on it all on Monday when Reid is formally introduced at a Monday press conference.
