Police Start 2013 with Three New Year's Day Arrests

The Wayland Police Department kicked off 2013 with three New Year's Day arrests, including two on assault charges. Perhaps not unexpectedly, the first arrest of 2013 came in the form of an OUI for 22-year-old Garrett Moore of Henry's Mill Lane in Sudbury.
